Floodwaters in Pakistan have been replaced by bitter frustration as displaced people fight for scarce aid. Some desperate survivors set up roadblocks and storm relief trucks as soon as they arrive. CNN's Sanjay Gupta asks, "Where is all the aid going? We see trucks with aid in it, but it doesn't seem to be getting to people who need it the most."
